Refund policy

There are 10 free minutes on every account precisely so you can find out whether Shortlisted works for you before paying. Beyond that:

Subscriptions
Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have used less than an hour, we'll refund it in full. Later renewals aren't refundable, but cancelling stops the next one.
If it didn't work
If the app couldn't hear your meeting, crashed, or otherwise failed to do the job, we'll refund you regardless of how many minutes were consumed — and we'd like to know what happened, because that's a bug. The session log written alongside your transcript usually tells us straight away.
How to ask
Email support@manarlabs.com from your account address, or use the "Refund" link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live. If the software is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
