Shortlisted by Manar Labs

Terms of use

Manar Labs, Australia. Last updated 8 August 2026.

1. What you're buying

A licence to use Shortlisted on up to two Macs, and a balance of minutes to spend on transcription and answers. Minutes are consumed while a session is running. Packs expire 12 months after purchase; subscription allowances reset monthly and don't accumulate.

2. Your account

One person per account. Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that address. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Shortlisted to break the law. In particular:

4. What the software does and doesn't promise

Shortlisted drafts suggestions from the material you give it. It can be wrong, it can misinterpret a question, and it can produce something that doesn't fit the situation. Everything it produces is a suggestion for you to judge — not advice, and not a statement of fact about you. You remain responsible for what you say.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but don't guarantee it. Answers depend on OpenAI's API and your internet connection, neither of which we control. If the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we'll credit affected minutes.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Prices are in USD; local taxes are added at checkout where required. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time through the link on your receipt.

7. Refunds

See the refund policy. Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

8. Ending the arrangement

You may stop using Shortlisted at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that is charging back payments. Where we suspend an account that hasn't done anything wrong, we'll refund unused minutes.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect losses — including any job you didn't get. Nothing here excludes rights that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

The laws of New South Wales, Australia.
