CV, job & panel
This is what separates a useful answer from a generic one. Five minutes here changes everything downstream.
Your CV
Click Context and load a PDF, Markdown or text file. The app extracts the text and sends it as background with every question, so answers cite your actual projects, numbers and dates. Load the fullest version you have — not the trimmed one-pager.
The job description
Click the briefcase and paste the whole posting, along with the company and role title. Answers are then framed in the language of the role, and when a question maps to a listed requirement the answer connects it to evidence from your CV.
Who's interviewing you
Add up to two people, with their real job titles. The model reads seniority and discipline from the title and pitches accordingly:
| Director, Head of… | Outcome, commercial impact, risk — three or four sentences, no methodology tour |
|---|---|
| Delivery or programme manager | Programme, dependencies, stakeholders, how slippage was recovered |
| Engineer, technical lead | Systems, standards, failure modes, trade-offs — assumes fluency |
| HR, talent | Motivation and fit, plain language, no acronyms |
With two people, the model works out who a question came from and answers at their level, leading with the outcome and then adding one layer of detail.
